When do I receive my refundable deposit?
As stipulated in our terms and conditions all deposits will be fully refunded by cash, cryptocurrency refund or a prepaid card loaded with the refundable amount upon signing of the clearance receipt.
How can I complete my insurance deposit?
We accept a vast amount of payment options including cryptocurrency, credit cards and bank transfers. Please contact customer service with your preferred method as not all may be availlable at every given time.
What if I want to change my address?
Change of address is always a possibility before the shipment reaches its last phase of deliver. Consult your consignment’s current phase using our tracking dashboard.

What if I am not available at my delivery time?
We often insist the right recipient is available to receive their package or we risk activating the refundable deposit clause. If you wish to change or update delivery instructions on the go use our Whatsapp Interface at Bottom Left of your screen.
